Determined to help women of all ages, stages, and preferences feel happy with their breasts, Dr. Gallus offers the full range of breast procedures, from breast augmentation, breast lift and breast reduction to breast implant revision or removal (explant).Before opening her private La Jolla plastic surgery practice, Dr. Gallus spent 12 years as a plastic surgeon in the Navy. After helping countless military heroes, she decided to focus on aesthetics so she could help people love what they see in the mirror. She’s the one who ensures every detail in the operating room is just right. Beyond surgery, Bri also cares for our patients as a Certified Lymphatic Massage Therapist, helping them recover smoothly.

Originally from San Diego, Bri’s got a fun side too—she loves online shopping! She’s also an EMT, adding another layer of care to what she brings to the team. Her warm and bubbly personality keeps everyone in great spirits.
